After years of building and maintaining websites across all kinds of businesses, one thing became obvious: a good website is rarely about how it looks. Speed, usability, accessibility, trust and the words on the page are what decide whether it actually works — and those are the parts most agencies treat as an afterthought.

So we started Breeze to do it the other way round. We bring the engineering and the strategy together under one roof, then tell you plainly where your site is today and what will genuinely move the needle — prioritised by impact, explained without jargon. Sometimes that's a full rebuild; sometimes it's a few sharp changes to what you already have.

And we kept it deliberately small on purpose. You work directly with the two senior partners doing the work — Illesse leading your project, Luke building it — so nothing gets lost in translation, and your site ends up feeling like a breeze, for your visitors and for you.

The partnership

Equal partners, complementary craft.

Illesse leads the project and the relationship; Luke owns the engineering. Both senior, both hands-on — together that's the whole studio, and the two people you'll actually work with.

Illesse

Senior Account Manager

Illesse leads you through the whole process and is with you throughout — your first point of contact, coordinating just about everything (including Luke). She shapes the design, pitches in on the build, and founded Introvert in the Workplace — the blog in our portfolio.

Luke

Senior Developer

Luke owns the engineering — front-end, back-end, .NET, performance and infrastructure — and shares the account management. Across 10+ years he's built far more than brochure sites: charity fundraising and donation platforms, bespoke software and complex integrations. The person who makes it fast, secure and built to last.

Who we work best with

People who care about getting it right.

That means being open about goals, responsive with feedback, and willing to invest the time to build something that lasts. If that's you, we'll get on well.

Open about goals

The clearer you are about what success looks like, the better we can build for it.

Responsive with feedback

Momentum matters. Quick, honest feedback keeps your project moving and on budget.

In it for quality

We build things to last. That takes a little more care up front — and pays back for years.
