Legal

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 June 2026

This policy explains how Breeze Digital Ltd (“Breeze Digital”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects and uses your personal data when you visit breeze-digital.uk, get in touch, or work with us. We take your privacy seriously and only collect what we genuinely need.

Who we are

Breeze Digital Ltd is a web design and development studio registered in England & Wales (company number 15753601), with a registered office at 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE. We are the “data controller” for the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy question, email info@breeze-digital.uk.

The information we collect

  • Enquiry details — your name, email address, company, phone number and website (if you give them), and anything you tell us about your project when you use our contact or “start a project” forms.
  • Email correspondence — the content of messages you send us and we send you.
  • Usage data — anonymised analytics about how the site is used (pages viewed, rough location, device and browser), collected via cookies. See our Cookie Policy.
  • Technical data — your IP address and request data, processed briefly to keep the site secure and prevent spam.

How and why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and discuss, scope and deliver any work you ask us to do.
  • To send you a confirmation that we’ve received your message.
  • To keep the website secure, prevent spam and abuse, and fix problems.
  • To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
  • To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Our legal basis

We process enquiry data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and to perform any contract we agree. We rely on our legitimate interests to respond to you, run and secure our studio, and improve our site (balanced against your rights). Where the law requires it — such as non-essential analytics cookies — we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only with trusted providers who help us run the business, including:

  • Email & hosting — our email provider (IONOS) and cloud hosting (Microsoft Azure), used to deliver enquiry emails and serve the website.
  • Google Analytics — for anonymised usage statistics.
  • Google reCAPTCHA — to protect our forms from spam and abuse.
  • Professional advisers — such as our accountant, where necessary, and authorities where we’re legally required to.

International transfers

Some providers (such as Google) may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations — to keep your data protected to UK standards.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the duration of our work plus a reasonable period for legal and accounting purposes. After that it’s deleted or anonymised. Analytics data is retained according to our provider’s standard settings.

Keeping your data safe

We use HTTPS, a strict content-security policy, security headers and sensible access controls to protect your data. No system is ever completely secure, but we work hard to keep yours safe and to act quickly if anything goes wrong.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • ask us to delete your data, or restrict or object to how we use it;
  • ask for a copy of your data in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on it.

To exercise any of these, email info@breeze-digital.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk), though we’d appreciate the chance to put things right first.

Children

Our site and services are aimed at businesses and are not directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
